That's a fantastic proposal! Clearly, residents stand to gain knowledge and personal development. Beyond that are the invaluable connections and relationships that emerge from such classes. It reminds me of a book I once read a long time ago (I can't remember the title), which discussed how individuals from diverse backgrounds formed bonds in the army, ultimately fostering a more interconnected society.

While attendees of any given class will naturally share an interest in that subject, this initiative offers a chance for individuals to interact with peers they might not typically cross paths with. It's a wonderful avenue for broadening one's social horizons.
